The Saga Continues. . . Stebbins and Co. LLC bid a poignant farewell to the old brick arches at 745 California in North Bend at the end of 2022 and initially moved into the Hub building in Coos Bay. We made some friends, but we needed more room.

We’re in our new space!! The entrance is next to the Bristol building, just off of 4th street.

Detailed Directions: Signage Can be Hard to See!

From Fourth Street in Coos Bay, turn onto Bennett Ave., between the old South Coast Gymnastics / Outdoor Inn Building and Banner Bank.

Then take a left turn into the only driveway on that first block; it’s on the opposite side of the road from Banner Bank’s parking lot. It looks a little bit like an alley between a big blue warehouse building and an older wooden fence. It will be hidden initially by some shrubs and landscaping.

This driveway will take you into a largely enclosed parking lot serving our office, Bristol Properties, Red Moon Development, and HGE.

Enter through the door just to the left of the big garage-style doors in the Bristol building, and go through the next door - also on the left. This will take you to a short hallway. The stairs are at the end of it on the right side, and the elevator is on the left.

Go to the second floor - we are on the west side, (Library, not waterfront) So if you step off the elevator, you would go to the right. Our door is at the end of the hall one the left
